Douglas M. Williams

Douglas M. Williams is a member of the AQE Steering Committee and has been involved with AQE since its inception in the early 1990's.  Doug has a 13 year old daughter who attends a public school in Schenectady.  Doug has served as President of the Schenectady Community Action Program for many years (Head Start administrator in Schenectady) and has served on numerous committees with the Schenectady City School District.
